Polcan Meat Products & European Delicatessen, located in a prominent plaza on Heritage Drive in Calgary, spans 5,000 sq. ft. This retail space was thoughtfully designed with a focus on security, client experience, and timeless appeal. The client’s vision was to transport customers to Poland, offering a familiar and authentic atmosphere with homemade Polish products and traditional dishes like pierogies and “barszcz”. The design achieves this by incorporating Polish verses throughout the store and creating dining spaces where customers can enjoy their meals. The use of contrasting white and red, reflecting the national flag, along with black accents, adds a bold touch that enhances the store’s vibrant, welcoming ambiance.
