Located in Calgary's vibrant East Village along the iconic River Walk, the M2 project spans 12,000 sq. ft. across the second and third floors of one of the city’s most distinctive buildings. The design embraces a raw, contemporary aesthetic infused with industrial elements, perfectly complementing the building's architecture and its proximity to the River Walk and Simmons Building. All offices were strategically placed along the perimeter to maximize views of the river and downtown skyline, creating a private, inspiring environment for each occupant. The abundant natural light enhances the workspace, reflecting the client’s focus on both functionality and connection to the surrounding urban landscape.
