The space includes an 8,000 sq. ft. warehouse, a 2,600 sq. ft. main floor showroom, and a 1,600 sq. ft. mezzanine housing executive offices, open workstations, and a staff lounge. The design prioritizes proximity between departments to enhance collaboration and communication, reflecting the closely-knit dynamic of the team. The showroom is crafted to create an airy, inviting atmosphere for clients, while the office areas balance professionalism with practicality, ensuring optimal productivity and functionality.
